What: Keller's Plaza is a historic shopping mall in Williamston, Mich.

Where: On the southeast corner at the intersection of Grand River and Putnam Street.

Williamston: The downtown area is about 15 miles east of Lansing, and a mile north of Exit 117 off Interstate 96.

What's near? The Plaza is next to Fireworks glass blowing studio and across the street from Williamston Theatre on Putnam Street and on the same side of the street as the Red Cedar Grill on Grand River Avenue.

The building that is now Keller's Plaza was built in 1899 and has included everything from specialty shops to a funeral parlor.

Today, the building provides visitors a place to take dance lessons, buy cards and gifts, get a hair cut, have their taxes done and more.
